I love the view For Block 477B at Upper Serangoon View, I realise that there are 3 vacant unit #09-566, #12-568 and #18-566, just wanna check have these units been bought or will it be thrown into Sales of balance market launch? Appreciate your help.

Morning Michelle,

Units that have being vacated does not mean that there is no ownership to it. Some owners are posted out for oversea assignment but does not fulfill HDB requirement to rent out the unit. Some owner choose not to rent it out in fear that the tenant might not take care of their units well enough. I do also encounter cases where the owner is in nursing home and thers's nobody to help in renting out their unit. Alternatively, you can wait for the quarterly SOBF to be released.
